Minimum stay

We only accept stays for a minimum of 2 nights.
In the low season
* 1 night stay is also allowed during weekends between 14 November and end of March
* 1 night stay is also allowed during the week between September and end of April
* there is a discount of € 10,-/night from 3 nights (except 1 person).

Supplements to be transmitted when booking

• Child / teenager (extra bed made up in the room)        € 20,00 per night and per child (including breakfast)
• Child still sleeping in a cot                                            free    (no additional breakfast is provided for, we have 2 highchairs for the table)
• Baby's cot                                                                     € 10,00 per night
• Single room (1person)                                                  € 10,00 per night

Corona measures

Because of the coronavirus (COVID-19) we are doing what is necessary to protect all of us as best as possible, everyone's health comes first.We will apply the rules of the day e.g. CST (Covid Safe Ticket) - hand gel - mouth mask - social distancing ....

Terms and conditions

Reservations

Requests for availability, reservations or possible modifications can be made by email or by phone. Each confirmation of reservation is only done by email. Telephone information concerning a reservation is purely informative.
The payment of the deposit also signifies the acceptance of our general terms and conditions.

Extras to be paid

Any extras to be paid (e. g. the ‘honesty bar’) will be paid for at your departure.

Cancellation

We hope that this will not be necessary, but if you are obliged to cancel, these conditions will apply:

• If cancelled up to 2 months before arrival, 10% will be charged.
• If cancelled up to 14 days before arrival, 50% will be charged.
• If cancelled up to 3 days before arrival, 80% of the booking amount will be payable.
• If cancelled less than 48 hours before arrival, in case of non-cancellation or non-appearance, the entire booking amount is payable.

Covid-19 cancellation policy: reservations can be cancelled without charge :
• iif the government decides that we have to close again
• in case of a negative travel advice.
All other circumstances fall under the general applicable cancellation conditions.
If you want some extra coverage, we recommend a cancellation insurance, in which Covid-19 is also insured.

Of course, depending on the situation pertaining as outlined above, the remaining amount will be refunded.
